I’m wanting to start my first cycle using Testosterone Enanthate or Testosterone Cypionate (via injection)
I just need to find some advice where to start, trying to find any information on the internet is like a minefield and there is no straight answers on how much ml to inject, how often and for how long. Any advice would be really appreciated.

For a first cycle, a standard harm-reduction baseline is 300 to 500 mg per week (typically split into two equal injections, such as Monday and Thursday, to keep blood levels stable) for 10 to 12 weeks, followed by proper Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT).
