Hello is it possible to inject pharmaqo labs testosterone-E 300 as subq rather than IM? And should I use PCT during my cycle?

Yes, Pharmaqo Labs Testosterone-E 300 can technically be used for subcutaneous (subq) injection, though its high concentration (300 mg/mL) and thick oil carrier mean it may cause significant post-injection pain, lumps, or localized irritation compared to an intramuscular (IM) injection.

What better alternative that is similar would you suggest to use for subq ?

A better alternative for subcutaneous injection is a lower concentration Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate (such as 100 mg/mL or 200 mg/mL) formulated in a thinner carrier oil like grapeseed or sesame oil, which flows easily through small needles and rarely causes painful lumps.
