Topic starter Hi everyone, I’m planning my first cycle using Pharmaqo Labs Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca 300). I’ I just want to understand the structure of a safe and sensible routine.
-
Pre‑cycle bloodwork What exact tests should a first‑time user get before starting? (Hormones, liver, kidney, cholesterol, etc.)
-
On‑cycle support What do people normally run alongside Deca to avoid issues ?
-
Test base Is a testosterone base always required with Deca, and why?
-
PCT timing Since Deca has a long ester, when do people normally start PCT after the last injection?
-
PCT structure What does a typical SERM‑based PCT look like ?
-
Private blood tests For UK: where do you get your private bloodwork done since NHS GPs don’t handle this?
I want to do this properly, with full bloodwork before and after, and understand the risks clearly. Any guidance from experienced users would be appreciated.

A safe, sensible Deca routine requires comprehensive pre-cycle testing (covering total/free testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol, prolactin, lipid panel, liver enzymes, kidney function via eGFR, and full blood count), a mandatory testosterone base to prevent complete erectile and mental shutdown ("Deca Dick"), on-cycle support to manage prolactin (like cabergoline) and estrogen, waiting a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks after your last Deca injection to start a standard 4-to-6 week SERM PCT (e.g., Tamoxifen/Clomiphene) due to Deca's long-acting ester and highly suppressive metabolites, and getting your private UK tracking done via services like Medichecks or Randox Health using their advanced sports hormone panels.
