For those running higher test doses, how do you manage estrogen properly?

Do you run an AI from the start or only introduce it if sides show up? I’ve seen mixed opinions as some say keep E2 a bit higher for better gains and joints, others say control it early to avoid issues.

What’s worked best in your experience without crashing it?

Most people don’t start an AI straight away. It’s usually better to run your cycle and only add one if symptoms show up.

Estrogen isn’t something you want to kill, keeping it in range actually helps with joints, mood and gains.

If you do need an AI, start low and adjust slowly. Best way is to go by how you feel and bloodwork.

I prefer having an AI on hand rather than running it from day one. A lot depends on how you personally aromatise and how high your dose is.

For some, introducing a very small amount early can help keep things steady, but it’s easy to overdo it. The key is making small adjustments rather than reacting too aggressively.

End of the day, consistency in dosing and regular bloodwork makes it much easier to manage without swinging E2 too high or crashing it.
