Hi

At 60 I've been on test Enanthanate for two years - TRT through a clinic, it's been a big help even though still a struggle as take clonazepam for epilepsy which is a battle with exhaustion. Epilepsy controlled.

I train well, diet is good and juiced during my 30s and 40s.

I've been thinking of adding a small amount of deca and upping my test... Not a huge amount but just a cycle for 60 yo.

Curious if anyone else is in similar place.

Bloods done this week so will get results soon.

Thanks for letting me post

Also thinking of dropping clinic and running the test myself with blood tests.

Best to all.

you need to kickstart that cycle and save you a fortune over clinic prices, ensuring you get those strength and joint-recovery benefits delivered straight to your door.

Fair play for staying consistent with training and diet, especially with everything else going on.

At your age and already on TRT, I’d be cautious about adding compounds like Deca or pushing doses up without a clear reason. Even small additions can complicate things, especially with health and recovery in mind.

Getting bloods done is the best move, let those guide any decisions. A lot of people in a similar position just focus on optimising TRT, training, and recovery rather than chasing more.

Also worth thinking carefully before dropping the clinic, as the monitoring and support can be valuable long term.

Sounds like you’ve got a solid routine in place already. Personally, I’d keep things fairly conservative — at 60 and on TRT, even small changes can have a bigger impact than expected.

If you do decide to experiment, I’d keep doses minimal and make one change at a time rather than adding multiple things together. Your bloods will give you a much clearer picture of what’s actually needed.

Also, running things through a clinic does have its benefits, especially for ongoing monitoring, so it’s worth weighing that up before going fully solo.

Thanks all

Definitely still on the fence about it. I had heard in the states of deca in small doses being used with testosterone as part of TRT.

Why would I want to jump back on at 60... Who knows...part my own thing but also aware of how it can throw things out too.

Thanks all

At 60, using low-dose Deca with TRT is often pursued for joint relief and lean mass preservation.

Apart from a bit of knee problem which I still am ok with... Shifted my training to different leg workouts.

Any thoughts on dosage for low dose deca with testosterone Enanthanate

Thanks

For joint support at 60, a common low-dose approach is 50–100 mg of Deca per week alongside your TRT-level Testosterone, though you must prioritize regular blood work to monitor cardiovascular and prostate health.

That was my thought too.

I'm awaiting my blood results in the next couple of days.

I might up the test a little too, again depending on blood results... .I use medichecks for bloods... Anyone have any thoughts on any other blood companies?

Thanks

Prominent options are Medichecks, onedaytests.com, and Forth.
