I have Klinefelters Syndrome. I've been under multiple endos since my diagnosis in 2016 and i've been on Sustanon 250mg 1ml since 2019. I inject every 21 days.
My current endo is not a fan of me micro dosing sustanon probably because I self administer.
I am looking to change from my current protocol to 125mg every 7 days in the hope that it will lower my SHBG levels which have been sitting at 57 for a very long time - to which my endos do not seem to be concerned about. My total T levels are good (which to me is irrelevant) but my free T and bio-available T levels are low.
I have also requested over the time that I've been on T, to be out on to HCG but this has always been refused.
Am I going down the correct path here?

Yes, adjusting to 125mg every 7 days could help lower SHBG and improve your free T levels. Microdosing can lead to more stable testosterone levels. It’s a reasonable approach, but keep advocating for HCG if fertility or testicular health is a concern.

Ive read that cypionate is probably the best form of TRT for KS; can't get it on the NHS where I live - only nebido and sustanon are available and from the letter that I received today from my endo - he will not prescribe me a 10ml vial of sustanon anyway - won't even entertain changing my protocol.
how does the injection protocol differ between sustanon at 125mg every 7 days to cypionate?

With Sustanon 125mg every 7 days, you’d likely inject Cypionate 125mg at the same frequency. The main difference is that Cypionate has a longer half-life, so you might adjust to every 7–10 days based on how your body responds. Both are fairly similar in terms of overall effect.

I have been taking 200 mg of test E weekly split into 2 doses (so 100 mg every 3.5 days) and am happy with the results. I have been told to try sustanon instead, would the dosage and frequency be the same?

so my only other question is - how safe are the products from this website in comparison to the versions supplied by the NHS. The version of sustanon i'm on from the NHS is the Aspen version. Obviously I don't want to be overdosing myself or poisoning myself.
