- 5 weeks out from photo shoot
- Im looking quite flat and looking if a 4 week superdrol cycle would benefit building muscle volume as its dry and may also put some size on would it increase body fat% if went to maintenance or still stay in deficit. Or would anavar/winstrol be a better option

For staying lean and dry, go with Anavar/Winstrol. If you want more volume but don’t mind some water retention, Superdrol could help. Stay in a deficit or maintenance to avoid fat gain
