Hi

If someone first time using gear is test only enough for good size and strength, or need add something else to see proper results.

What you think?

Yes, Testosterone-only is more than enough.

In fact, it is the most recommended approach for a first cycle for three specific reasons:

  • Safety & Troubleshooting: If you take multiple drugs and have a bad reaction, you won't know which one caused it. With Test only, you know exactly how your body responds.

  • Maximized Gains: Your receptors are "fresh." You will see significant jumps in size and strength from Testosterone alone; adding more compounds often just adds more side effects without much extra benefit.

  • Manageability: It is much easier to manage side effects (like estrogen levels) when you are only dealing with one hormone.

Not at all, alone Testosterone will ONLY help you with Strength & Endurance. It may indirectly effect/boost your gains, but technically it has no direct connection with Muscle Growth.
For Muscle Growth, you need to add some other product like Anavar, Anadrol, Tren, Deca & etc. The most safest approach Test + Anavar Cycle.

Anyone else lose appetite when starting a test cycle? Expected to be eating more but food just doesn’t go down some days. Is this normal early on or usually means something off? How long did it take to settle for you?

Yeah it happens to a lot of people. When you first start test, your body is adjusting and appetite can drop for a bit. Usually nothing wrong. For most guys it comes back after 2–3 weeks once things settle.

If it stays bad for a long time or you feel sick and tired all the time, then something might be off. Otherwise just eat smaller meals and don’t stress it.

Hi I’m going to start my first injectable cycle, Iv dabbled in May orals over the years. I’m 34yo 85kg 5ft 10 male. Can you give me any advice on what type of test, how many mg, how often to jab, and how to jab please?
And from your experience is there anything you would recommend and did you get decent gains? Thankyou

A testosterone-only cycle is highly effective for a first-timer and is actually the recommended standard, as it provides significant gains in both size and strength while allowing you to safely monitor how your body responds to the base hormone.
