Wait 2 days then start a PCT - do I need something like viogen performance pct or is a clomid or novaldex on it's own enough and what dose please?

Also would there be any benefit in running oral primobolan alongside the anavar or not really?

I’m looking to purchase Hemi Pharma Anavar 10mg (OXANDROLONE) and then use Nolvadex 20 mg daily for my PCT for 4 weeks. I’ve been training for yrs and this would be my first time. How long should I take Anavar for? I’ve read some people have taken it for 6 weeks and then progressively increasing the dose. What if the highest does I take is 20mg daily, will my progress still be benefited by that dose?
