Testosterone injections are a common treatment for low testosterone levels, helping improve energy, muscle mass, mood, and overall well-being.
If you're new to injections, it's important to understand proper technique to avoid complications.
The most common injection sites are the thigh and buttocks, and rotating sites helps prevent soreness.
Always use a clean needle, inject slowly, and follow prescribed dosages. After the injection, gently massage the area to reduce discomfort.
Be mindful of potential side effects like irritation or swelling.

I am 54 and I am currently on the Mounjaro weight loss program which has been very successful and I’ve gone from 19 1/2 stone down to 15 1/2, but the problem I have at the moment is I’ve lost a lot of muscle tissue and strength. Just after some advice on your products which you think would be more suitable for me. I am looking at TRT injections. I am familiar with them and bought product from you before whilst I was weight training before
Many’s thanks

I have just started my first cycle, all good so far in terms of results and injected 3 times in the glutes (rotating sites). I inject 240mg over 2 doses across the week. It’s pretty uncomfortable for around 3 days after, boarding painful, like a dead leg. I’ve got the correct needles to limit Pip but still seems to be quite uncomfortable.
I’m going to try the quad next time but can you inject Test E into the subconscious fat with smaller insulin needles? There appear to be mixed reviews online with some saying it’s better as it a slow release rather than spikes.
I would welcome your suggestions.

Yes, you can inject Test E subcutaneously (into fat) with insulin needles (e.g. 27–29G).
Split doses smaller (e.g. 3×/week) to reduce lumps.
Some report steadier levels and less PIP, but high doses (>0.5mL) can irritate.
If glutes hurt, try delts (IM with 27G ½") — usually less painful than quads.
Warm the oil, inject slowly, and massage after to reduce soreness.
