I see some people start cycle and grow very fast and some other guys use same stuff but not much change.
Why this happen? Is genetics big factor or something else?
Just curious to know.

Genetics is definitely a major factor — some people just respond faster to training and hormones.
But also:

Diet (calories + protein)
-
Training intensity & consistency
-
Sleep & recovery
-
Hormone levels / receptor sensitivity
-
Cycle structure & dosing
