The safest formula for your body to recover is: Time on Cycle + Time of PCT = Time Off.
Why you should wait:
-
Your Liver: Even though 20mg of Anavar is a "mild" dose, it is an oral steroid that processes through the liver. It needs time to clear the stress.
-
Your Cholesterol: Anavar is notorious for lowering HDL (good cholesterol) and raising LDL (bad cholesterol). You need months of clean eating and cardio to "reset" these levels.
-
Your Hormones: Since you are 52, your natural testosterone recovery is naturally slower than a 25-year-old's. Jumping back in too soon can lead to permanent shutdown.
Thanks for your reply Michael
What would you recommend for 2nd cycle ?

Best Oral Option: Anavar (25mg–40mg). It’s the "safest" for your liver and hair.
-
Alternative: Turinabol (T-Bol). Good for lean strength without water bloat.
-
The Catch: At 52, orals will crash your natural testosterone. Without an injectable testosterone base, you’ll likely feel exhausted and lose your libido by week 4.
-
Duration: Keep it to 6–8 weeks max to protect your liver and heart.

For a third cycle, the dosages for Anavar and Turinabol are typically similar, though their "feel" differs.
-
Anavar: 30mg–50mg daily.
-
Turinabol: 30mg–50mg daily.
Splitting the Dose: Yes, it is recommended to take them twice daily (e.g., morning and evening). Both have relatively short half-lives (roughly 9–16 hours), so splitting the dose keeps blood levels stable and reduces the "spike" that can stress the liver.

Standard blood panels for gout only track Uric Acid and inflammatory markers like CRP, so they won't specifically hunt for Anavar or Clomid—though your "tanked" natural testosterone
