Topic starter I’m wondered any recommendations to have or not to have certain products together etc.
I was thinking:
Testosterone Propionate (like TRT)
Winstrol and Dbol (small doses)
PCT - Arimidex
Would you recommend this combo and what’s your take on dosage as I want to take it slow. Am I right thinking 6-8 weeks or 10-12 weeks is good?
Also can I use insulin needles for the above as they are so much easier to administer, yes the oils take a while to do but it’s understandable.

No, I don’t recommend that combo. Too harsh together (liver, lipids, BP).
-
Winstrol + Dbol together = bad idea, even “low dose.”
-
Arimidex is NOT PCT (common mistake).
-
Shorter cycles are safer than longer ones.
-
Insulin needles: some people use them, but oil injections are harder and higher risk if technique isn’t solid.
-
Key rule: fewer compounds + bloodwork before/after = safer.
That’s it 👍

For injecting test / steroids it's nice to use a 25-gauge 1" needle to draw the product into the syringe and then change this for either a fresh 1" 25G (fresh = goes in nice and smoothly) for an intramuscular injection (glutes is easiest and least painful) or place on a 13mm/1/2" 27G needle and inject into the shoulder (shallow intramuscular) or e.g. glutes (subcutaneous).
You can just use an insulin pin but it's a bit small bore and more tedious than the above. Yes, you have to buy a few things but they're cheap and readily available. The deeper the injection the better in some ways but over time it builds scar tissue. Pick your poison and rotate the injection sites.
Michael already said what needs to be said about compounds. Winstrol isn't a beginner-friendly compound. If it's your first cycle then I'd recommend testosterone enanthate injected 1-3x per week. Arimidex can be used for oestrogen management. Dosage of the Arimidex is absolutely individual and can't be guessed. Bloodwork is essential to get it right.
