been off eq since the 22nd Jan. came off as the anxiety mainly physical has been awful. It’s not an e2 issue. And I had bloods ran and my RBC was high so I done a private venesection. Also had a chest scan so I know I’m not in danger. Just wondering when I can expect to feel better as I know eq has a very long half life
neil Coxx 10/02/2026 10:08 pm Since EQ has a long half-life, it can take some time to fully clear from the body. It’s normal for symptoms to improve gradually rather than immediately after stopping.

You should start feeling physical relief within the next 7–10 days.

Significant Improvement: Most feel much better by 4 weeks post-injection (around mid-late February).

Total Clearance: Because EQ has a 14-day half-life, it takes about 10–12 weeks to be 100% out of your system, but the anxiety usually drops off well before then.
Bottom Line: You are currently in the hardest part of the "clearance" phase. Since your blood work is safe, it's just a waiting game for the ester to drop.
