Pin long-ester testosterone (e.g., Enanthate/Cypionate) split twice weekly, take an Aromatase Inhibitor (Arimidex) only as needed during the cycle for estrogen symptoms, and start Post-Cycle Therapy pills (Nolvadex/Clomid) two weeks after your final injection.
