Hi all

I'm a 61 year old guy and I've been training for years but no matter how hard I train I just don't see the effort pay off any more; I also have a flabby waist that I just can't shift; actually, that's the main reason for asking this question tbh; I want something that will help me build a bit of muscle (I'm not going daft here; just some results from the hard work is all I want) but primarily to help get rid of the flabbiness.

I don't know what to take or how much of it; a guy in a gym on holiday mentioned Anavar but that's all I have as far as guidance is concerned lol! Could someone please advise what a guy of my age with my goals would need to order? I guess oral would be easiest as I'm not in a position to store anything in a fridge (I don't know if injectables need this but I'm guessing so); basically I'm assuming that injectables are more of an issue to keep under the radar as it were.

Thanks!

The safest and most effective way to burn stubborn waist fat and rebuild muscle at 61 is to have a doctor check your natural hormone levels while adjusting your diet to a high-protein, modest calorie deficit and optimizing your recovery between workouts.
