Topic starter Hey ya’ll..52 male beginner/novice here..been struggling to lose weight, and maintain lean muscle mass, despite training 5-6/7 days a week. Always active with active job but rather than lose weight getting fatter and hate it. Realisation I’m old but never experienced this trouble before..obviously testosterone at my age is the problem. Keen to have a go at injecting and experimenting with steroids but hey..absolute novice…can anyone help with suggested products, cycles, combinations etc please? Any help would be appreciated. First step is getting bloodwork done to see where your testosterone actually sits. If it’s low, a simple TRT setup is usually enough. Something like testosterone enanthate or cypionate around 100 to 150 mg per week.
That alone can help with energy, muscle retention and fat loss over time. No need to stack anything as a beginner. Focus on getting your levels right, diet in check and keep training consistently.
