Topic starter Lads need help - So I've been running test 400 for 12 weeks added HCG after 4 of those weeks so the last 8 I've been running Test 400 and HCG - read that you need to cycle off. Can I replace test 400 with a different test and use it for TRT therapy or should I just cycle off. Never used test before and feel the best I've felt in years so would rather replace it with something to keep my test up. Work flat out, eat clean and go gym 4 times a week.

Test 400 = cycle
-
Changing to another test = still on
-
TRT = long-term medical treatment
-
Cycling off = stopping all test
-
Staying on = lifelong TRT
Cheers Micheal what form of Test shall is use for “Staying on” life long TRT?

For lifelong TRT: Common forms are Testosterone Cypionate, Enanthate, or Testosterone Undecanoate .
Cheers mate. Will go for test C and I’m going to run HCG alongside it.

Great choice! Test C and HCG should work well together for maintaining natural testosterone production.
I haven’t had my bloods done as transferring straight from test 400 to Test c what would you recommend for dosage and how often should I be taking?

There isn’t a single “safe” TRT dose that fits everyone, particularly when you’re coming straight off a cycle like Test 400. What works as TRT for one person can be too high or too low for another.
Without blood results, it wouldn’t be responsible to suggest an exact dose or injection frequency. TRT is about maintaining normal, healthy levels long term, not just continuing cycle use under a different name.
The best next step is to get baseline bloods once levels settle, then adjust properly from there. That way you can keep the benefits you’re feeling while avoiding problems down the line.
How long do you think I should wait for levels to settle and where would you recommend getting my bloods done? Sorry for so many questions want to get it right.

After stopping a longer-acting blend like Test 400, it’s generally best to allow a few weeks for levels to settle before checking bloods, so you’re seeing where things genuinely sit rather than residual cycle levels. This gives a clearer picture of whether TRT is actually needed and how it should be approached.
In terms of getting bloods done, using a reputable private blood testing service or TRT clinic is usually the easiest route, as they’re familiar with hormone panels and can guide you on what markers to check. Your GP is another option if you prefer going through the NHS, though access and timing can vary.
Taking this step now will put you in a much better position long-term and help avoid unnecessary issues down the line.

Topic starter Mate appreciate the help through that. Will definitely listen to the advice and I’ll get the bloods done in a few weeks through a private testing service or TRT clinic. Diamond thanks 💪🏽
