Hi all,

Curious views on what I've been hearing, especially in America.

I'm 61 lifting since I was 16.

A few joint issues but nothing too bad.

Started a cycle with EQ and test, on trt the last few years but did not like EQ so stopped it.

I've been hearing of low dose Nandrolone along with TRT for lots of reasons.

Curious on thoughts.

September I'll be running a lighter Nandrolone with increased test.

Also blood tests etc

Cheers

Adding $50\text{ to }100\text{ mg/week}$ of Nandrolone to your TRT is highly effective for soothing decades of lifter's joint pain, provided you keep your testosterone higher to protect your libido and closely monitor your Prolactin, Estradiol, and Hematocrit on your blood tests.

Thanks mate

Yes will definitely keep the test higher.

I definitely need the benefits of it as apposed to pain killers.

Cheers mate

The temptation is to blast a nice lower dose deca with test.

I haven't done orals in years and as tempted as I am to have a few for training days I'll be sensible get the bloods done first.

Any blood companies you all use that aren't 150 pound...get the basic tests I need and save a few pound for gear.

By the way best site here Michael... Glad I found you.

Great advice and positive which is brilliant especially for guys starting out on this journey.

Best

Frank
