PCT usually depends on the cycle length and dose, but most people look at SERMs like Nolvadex or Clomid after a Test E cycle. Timing matters too because Test E is a long ester, so people normally wait a bit after the last shot before starting.

Go for Clomid or Nolvadex as per following Dosage Plan: -
NOLVADEX

Week 1–2: 40 mg/day

Week 3–4: 20 mg/day
CLOMID

Week 1–2: 50 mg/day

Week 3–4: 25 mg/day
