Both are used in PCT but which one actually works better? Is one better for recovery, side effects, or gyno control, or does it just depend on the cycle?

Nolvadex is generally preferred for PCT and gyno control as it is more potent per milligram with fewer "mood-related" side effects, whereas Clomid is better at boosting total gonadotropin levels but often causes more emotional instability.

Thanks for the perfect explanation. Also can we run both together? If yes, what should be a safe dose for both.

Yes, running them together is common for a robust restart; a safe, standard PCT dose is 20mg of Nolvadex and 25mg of Clomid
