I’m using Hemi Pharma test mix along with hitting the gym 💪
Can you suggest a solid diet plan for me to follow alongside my workouts? I want something that supports muscle growth and keeps my energy levels strong.

This was the advise of my personal trainer to gain muscle during cycle. If your goal is to gain muscle and have steady energy, eat in a small surplus like body weight x 15 = starting calories. Try to eat 0.8 to 1g protein per lb of bodyweight. For fueling body, eat carbs roughly 2 to 3g per lb of bodyweight. Make sure to eat 0.3 to 0.4g per lb bodyweight.
Also make sure to follow your workout routine with :

3–4L water daily

Salt your food for performance.

Don’t skip vegetables (digestion matters)

Keep junk low so appetite stays strong
