Hey,
I (75kg / 180cm / 29years old / 26% body fat) decided to start a Test + Anavar cycle. Around 9 weeks. I have here a shopping list, and a draft of the cycle can you please have a look and correct it please… and of course I have a list of questions.
(Sorry, some real newbie questions)
The plan is:
150mg Test - Week 1
200mg Test - Week 2
200mg Test - Week 3 + 10mg Anavar
250mg Test - Week 4 + 20mg Anavar
250mg Test - Week 5 + 20mg Anavar
300mg Test - Week 6 + 30mg Anavar
350mg Test - Week 7 + 30mg Anavar
300mg Test - Week 8 + 10 mg Anavar
200mg Test - Week 9
———
Pharmaqo Labs Testosterone-E 300 – Test E
Intex Pharma HCG 5000iu
Intex Pharma Bacteriostatic Water 10ml
Pharmaqo Labs Anavar 10 10mg x 100 tabs
Intex Pharma Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) 20mg x 60 tabs
———
Please have a look the cycle plan as you can see the PTC is missing.
Can you please explain the cycle if I use HCG during the cycle or just for PTC?
Can you please explain measurements for Test C and HCG ml / unit / mg / iu etc…
If I use HCG during cycle, Can I add HCG in the same syringe as Test or need to be pinned separately?
How I use or what for the Bacteriostatic water?
Is there a supplement which is used for support kidney and liver?
If you have any suggestion, advice please do not hold back.

1. The Cycle (Don't "Pyramid")
-
The Fix: Stop changing the dose weekly. Pick one (e.g., 300mg Test E/week) and stay there for 10–12 weeks.
-
Anavar: Take a steady 20mg–40mg daily for the last 6–8 weeks.
2. HCG & Water
-
Bacteriostatic Water: Used to turn the HCG powder into a liquid. Keep it in the fridge after mixing.
-
HCG Usage: Use during the cycle (e.g., 250iu twice a week) to keep your natural production from "dying."
-
Mixing: No. Test is oil; HCG is water. Inject them separately. HCG uses a tiny insulin needle in stomach fat.
3. Measurements
-
Test E (300mg/ml): If you want 300mg, inject 1ml. If 150mg, inject 0.5ml.
-
HCG (5000iu): If you add 5ml of water, 0.25ml on a syringe = 250iu.
4. PCT & Organs
-
PCT: Start Nolvadex (20mg daily) 2–3 weeks after your last Test shot. Run for 4 weeks.
-
Support: Take NAC (600mg) daily for liver/kidney health while on Anavar.

Thank you!
I am going abroad for 1 week at the 3rd week of the cycle. How do I change the cycle or what is the best thing to do?

Inject your full weekly dose the day before you fly.
Since Test E and Tren E stay in your system for a long time (5–7 days half-life), one large dose will cover you for the week you are away.
The 3-Step Plan:
-
The Day Before Flight: Inject your entire weekly amount (e.g., 1.0ml total if you usually do 0.5ml twice a week).
-
While Away: Skip everything. Do not travel with needles, oil, or Anavar (huge legal risk).
-
When You Return: Immediately resume your normal 2x weekly schedule.
Note: Skip the HCG for that week; it needs a fridge and a 7-day break won't hurt your progress.

Thanks for all the help!
What is the best way to turn Intex Pharma HCG 5000iu into injection?
I do have a the Intex Pharma Bacteriostatic Water 10ml

Using a sterile syringe, inject 5ml of the bacteriostatic water into the HCG powder vial, swirl gently until clear, and store the resulting solution in the refrigerator.

Thank you!
I just reached 7 days, today I pinned the 3rd time. 150ml Test - E and the HCG 250iu was due to be pinned tomorrow. I thought I will get it done on the same day. I can see some puffiness around the nippels after 6 hours I pinned.
I guess is time for Anastrozole. I took 0.25mg, is the correct? What dosage I should use throughout the cycle? Should I separate the Test and HCG injection days?

HCG is probably best taken 250iu x3 e.g. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
Test at that dosage I'd probably pin Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I'm not familar with anastrozole dosing but there'll be some trial and error. It's best guided by bloodwork (e2 / oestrediol) alongside testosterone. For one thing you need to see if the serum level is rising as expected, and you need to see oestrogen (e2) in the reference range. If it's over you'll want to correct it with more anastrozole.

Also worth remembering that crashing estrogen can feel just as bad as high estrogen, so adjusting slowly and based on results makes more sense than chasing numbers blindly. Everyone responds differently, so what works for one person won’t always be good for another.
