I’m 34yo Male 85kg. About to start my first test cycle. I have. I idea how to load the syringe or anything. This is my basket, do I need anything else? Thank in advance for any help

You need sterile syringes, alcohol swabs for disinfection, and two needle sizes: a thick "drawing needle" (e.g., 18G or 21G) to pull the oil and a thin "injection needle" (e.g., 23G or 25G) to pin.

Thankyou, and how far do I insert the needle?and where’s the easiest/safest place? Thigh? Glute/bum? Shoulder? And which hurts the least 😆

The safest and least painful spot is the upper outer quadrant of the glute (buttock), where you insert a 1-inch to 1.5-inch needle completely at a 90-degree angle into the muscle.
