Came off a heavy bulk and had a long injury break. Currently only on test 300 but strength feels terrible. Would adding Anavar help regain strength or better to stay test-only for a bit and rebuild naturally?

It's safer to stick with Test-only for 4–6 weeks to allow your tendons and CNS to catch up; adding Anavar too early risks a "strength spike" that could easily re-injure you.

Coming back to gym after long time off. Muscles feel ok but joints and tendons hurt way more. Is this normal? Anything that actually helps or just time and lighter weights?

It’s completely normal because muscle memory returns strength faster than tendons can adapt; steroids often worsen this by increasing muscle power too quickly for your joints.

I’m in same situation. Muscles come back fast but elbows and knees feel messed up. Does running something mild help joints recover or does it make it worse? Anyone experienced this?

Running mild compounds like Nandrolone (Deca) can mask joint pain by increasing water retention, but they often worsen the underlying issue by allowing you to lift heavier than your tendons can actually handle.

bro,
Running a "dry" oral like Winstrol will turn your joints into sandpaper, but adding a "wet" base like Deca-Durabolin or low-dose Test acts like WD-40 for your elbows and knees.

Started with deca and will get back to share results.
