Hi, bro, Been lifting for years and just came off a heavy bulk plus a long injury layoff—currently on test 300 but strength feels trash; should I add Anavar to bounce back quicker or just stick to test and rebuild naturally

Yes, adding Anavar is a good idea. My suggestion is to stack Anavar and Tren with Test for more wonderful results.

Coming off a layoff, it’s pretty normal for strength to feel off even on test. Your body just needs time to re-adapt.

I wouldn’t rush to add Anavar straight away and for sure, you’ll likely get good progress just from consistent training, food, and letting the test do its job. Adding more compounds won’t fix the “rebuild phase”.

Give it a few weeks to get your strength back naturally, then reassess. Patience here usually pays off

Don't be harsh on yourself, give time to your body. Focus on proper workouts and diet, eventually lost strength will come back.
