Serious question, when people run orals for size or strength, how much of it do you realistically keep after coming off ? Assuming that the diet and training remains solid and intense? Please guide with realistic results rather than books material?

  • Weight: You’ll lose 3–7 lbs within 10 days. This is just water and glycogen, not muscle.

  • Strength: You’ll keep about 70% of your gains, but the "explosive" feeling disappears.

  • Muscle: You keep maybe 50% of actual tissue if you use a Testosterone base.

The Hard Truth: If you run an oral-only cycle (no injections), you often lose almost 100% of the gains within 4–6 weeks because your natural hormones are crashed and can't maintain the new weight.
