Hi there
I have been on a 16 week Deca cycle (300mg/week). I have 2 questions if anyone could please answer.
1) What is the best thing to take to kick everything back into touch (HPTA etc).
2) Am I safe to take another steroid straight away, or should I have a few weeks off? I am not looking to do anything heavy, just something to give me a little muscle growth boost.

Michael Smith 17/09/2026 1:39 pm To kick your HPTA back into gear, run a classic Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) with Clomid and Nolvadex, but you must take 12 to 16 weeks off before touching another steroid to allow your body and hormone levels to fully recover.

You must take a full off-cycle recovery period of at least 16 to 20 weeks—using a proper Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) protocol with SERMs like Clomid or Nolvadex to restart your HPTA—before considering any new steroid cycle, as running another compound immediately will permanently shut down your natural testosterone production and worsen organ toxicity.

Michael Smith 16/09/2026 7:05 am No, 60 tablets will only last for 60 days (about 8.5 weeks) at 1 tablet per day, so it will not last for 60 weeks.
