  • Target: Aim for 100mg to 125mg per week.

  • Strategy: Do not take the full 300mg at once. Split it into two smaller shots (e.g., 0.2ml twice a week) to keep levels stable and protect your kidneys.

2. Avoiding Fluid Retention

  • Frequency: Injecting twice a week (e.g., Monday and Thursday) prevents the hormone spikes that cause water bloating.

  • Health: Monitor your blood pressure daily. Kidney issues + testosterone can lead to rapid fluid buildup if not watched.

im confused by 120mg to how many ML.

i used calculate water from mg to ml and according to calculator im meant to inject 0.15 ml per 150mg fluid

You must know the concentration on the vial (for example: 300 mg/mL).

Formula:
mL = mg ÷ (mg per mL)

Example (just for understanding math):
If it says 300 mg/mL
Then 150 mg = 0.5 mL
Then 120 mg = 0.4 mL
