Topic starter Training hard 5 days a week but recovery feels slow. Muscles still sore, strength not always coming back. Sleep and food is okay I think. What really helps with recovery? Supplements, rest days, or something else? Want to recover faster without overdoing things.

To speed up recovery without overdoing it, prioritize active recovery (light walking or swimming) on off-days and ensure you're hitting at least 1.6g–2g of protein per kg of body weight. Since you're on Test E300, persistent soreness usually signals a need for better micronutrients (Magnesium/Zinc) or an extra rest day to let your CNS catch up with your muscle growth.
