Topic starter Honestly, while you might feel like a superhero in week 2, the "whoa, who's that?" gains usually take about 4 to 8 weeks to really pop in the mirror.

If you are following a correct Dosage Cycle and Proper Diet + Exercise Routine, then it will hardly take 4-6 Weeks for showing results.
For stable and long term results, slow & steady is the key to success.
Actual true muscle tissue growth is a relatively slow biological process. Even under optimal conditions, it’s measured in pounds over months — not dramatic transformations in a few week.
Typically it looks like following: -
-
Weeks 1–2:
-
Strength may increase quickly (often neural adaptation and/or water/glycogen retention).
-
Scale weight can rise from fluid shifts, not just muscle.
-
-
Weeks 3–4:
-
More consistent strength progression.
-
Some visible fullness or size changes if training and nutrition are aligned.
-
-
Weeks 5–6:
-
Early measurable muscle gain may become noticeable.
-
Body composition changes depend heavily on calories, protein intake, training intensity, sleep, and genetics.

we usually hear that the results are noticed after first 2 to 3 weeks but they are only strength based. The actual visible results takes a minimum of 6 weeks with proper workouts and nutrition on track.
