I’m a 60-year-old man maintaining my fitness and considering hormone management.
Which estrogen blockers are recommended during a cycle or post-cycle to manage levels safely?

Most people use an aromatase inhibitor during a cycle if estrogen gets too high. After the cycle, drugs like Nolvadex or Clomid are more common for recovery.
But at 60 it’s really better to keep an eye on bloodwork and not just guess with estrogen blockers. Too little estrogen can feel just as bad as too much.
