Just had a payment taken in euros and then horror non sterling fee
why was this not clear on the final transaction payment page ?

Just had a payment taken in euros and then see a bank charge for non sterling fee
why was this not clear on the final transaction payment page ?

The payment was processed in Euros, so your bank applied a non-sterling transaction fee. Unfortunately, this fee is charged by your bank, not by us.
