Topic starter Been back in the gym a few months after a long break and strength is coming back, but still feel a bit flat and not filling out like before.
Not looking to go heavy, just something mild to help with recovery and getting that fuller look again.
What would you suggest keeping it simple and not overdoing it?
Focusing on optimized protein intake, creative timing, and high-volume training is the safest way to regain muscle fullness without the hormonal risks of PEDs.

Keep it simple and just run a low test base first.
That flat look is usually just from diet, glycogen and getting back into routine, it comes back pretty quick once everything’s consistent.
No need to add a bunch of stuff straight away, see how your body responds first.
