Topic starter I am 63 year old and I completed my first cycle a few months ago. During my cycle I had, what I would call, a normal sex drive. My question is, would I be able to take a regular maintenance amount of Test E without PCT to retain a healthy sex drive.

No — you shouldn’t take Test E continuously without PCT or medical supervision. It canshut down your natural testosterone and lead to long-term issues. See a doctor or endocrinologist to check your hormone levels and discuss safe TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) if you want ongoing support for libido and well-being.

Topic starter Thank you Daniel, very much appreciated. I do have a Testosterone blood test booked in with my surgery on Tuesday.
