Topic starter Hey everyone,
Looking for some feedback on a planned lean recomp cycle built off my current TRT protocol. I’ve been on TRT for about 18 months at 110 mg Test C per week, with consistent bloods and stable E2 levels. I’ve cut down quite a bit over the last year (From 108kg to 79kg) but lost some muscle in the process, and I’m aiming to rebuild size and density while staying lean.
Planned Cycle (16 weeks)
Testosterone Cypionate – 300 mg/week (split Mon + Thu)
Masteron Enanthate – 150 mg/week (split Mon + Thu)
HCG – 1000 IU/week (500 IU Tue + Fri)
Retatrutide – 2 mg/week (starting concurrently to help manage appetite and fat gain, titrating up as needed)
Goal: Lean muscle gain / recomposition
Not chasing a massive bulk; just looking to restore lost muscle, improve hardness and fullness, and keep fat minimal. Appreciate any input or tweaks you guys would make.

Your planned cycle looks solid for lean recomp. Here's a quick breakdown and some tweaks:
Current TRT: 110mg/week Test C is a stable base.
Cycle:
Test Cyp 300mg/week: Good dose for muscle rebuilding, keep splitting (Mon/Thu).
HCG 1000 IU/week: Helps preserve natural testosterone production. Fine as long as you monitor E2.
If you feel like E2 goes too low, you might need a mild AI (though with Masteron, it could help manage E2 naturally).
Diet is key—focus on a slight surplus with high protein and carb cycling to promote muscle gain without excess fat.
Overall, your approach seems on point for your goals!
