I need help on Hemi Pharma Mass Mix 500, how much do I take for good Mass gains and strength? I also taking 20mg Anavar daliy?

If it’s your first time, I’d keep it simple and not stack it with Anavar straight away. Mass Mix is already strong, so better to see how your body reacts first.
