How is the correct HCG dosage determined to stimulate natural testosterone production, and can it be used during a cycle to prevent or reduce testicular shutdown?
Tony.S.65 26/02/2026 8:35 am I use 500iu twice weekly and it works just fine. I inject subcutaneously as I do the test c and both work well together.

To keep the boys downstairs from going on strike, most guys run about 250–500 IU of HCG twice a week during their cycle to mimic LH and prevent shutdown before they even hit PCT.
