Sometimes, colour of solution is not clear or different from routine like yellowish colour. Are such vials are acceptable to use or should we discard such vials?

I strongly believe that such issue doesn't cause any harm. It's just due to different origin or raw material used in its composition/preparation.

If its much darker than usual or if its cloudy or if it has particles floating, or smells off, don't risk health. Injectables aren’t something to gamble with and when in doubt, better to discard than deal with reaction or infection.
