Hi there been taking the tab Anadrol now for 5 weeks looking come off them for a break but I’m new to the game and looking my for some advice on what to use to come off the Anadrol times I should take the off cycle for and what’s the best Steriod to use next to build solid Gaines not to into the pin so would prefer advice around what tabs to go on to next and things to take side by side with it to keep my body protected and running right

Run a 4-week PCT with Nolvadex or Clomid, take at least 8–10 weeks off for recovery, and consider Anavar next for solid gains, paired with liver support and a testosterone base to stay protected.

After 5 weeks on Anadrol it’s a good idea to take a break, but instead of jumping straight onto another oral, I’d actually focus on letting your body recover first. Orals are quite taxing, so back-to-back use isn’t the best move. Run nolvadex or clomid for recovery.

Take minimum 10 weeks off, and run a PCT with clomid or nolvadex. health comes first.
