Topic starter Done research on clen for weight loss. I am only looking to lose weight, not bulk up. Just want advice on how.much to take, how often etc any on off situations?

Day 1-3: 20 mcg/Day
Day 4-6: 30 mcg/Day
Day 7-9: 40 mcg/Day
Day 10-12: 50 mcg/Day
Day 13-15: 60 mcg/Day
Day 16-18: 70 mcg/Day
Day 19-21: 80 mcg/Day
