Any recommendation on cycle of 20mg daily anavar + 300mg test P a week for 4 weeks followed with nolvadex 20mg a day after a week off-cycle for 2-3 weeks

This cycle is too short to be effective; you should run the Testosterone for at least 8–12 weeks to see real results and allow hormone levels to stabilize before starting PCT.
