Topic starter Hi all
new on here, just looking for some advice pls.
I’m currently running 300mg Test E weekly and looking at adding in Anavar. I’ve seen mixed opinions on daily dose/cycles, so looking for some help.
my intention was to initially start on 10mg daily for the first few days just to make sure there’s no adverse reactions (never used var before), then up it to 20mg daily. Some people have said only take on training days, while others have said do 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, what’s peoples thoughts on this, and if you’re doing 4 weeks off would you run a PCT?, if so any suggestions?
my intention is to stay on the Test E for at least a few months given its not a huge dose.
any advice, tips or help greatly appreciated
Starting with 10mg to test your tolerance is a smart move, but you should take it every day (not just training days) for 6 to 8 weeks, and since you're staying on the Test E, you won't need a PCT until you come off the testosterone entirely.

Anavar should be taken daily rather than only on training days to maintain stable blood levels, and since you are staying on Testosterone, you do not need a PCT until you discontinue all suppressive substances entirely.
And would you advise a limited cycle period with Anavar, such as 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, for example?
the standard daily dose of Anavar (oxandrolone) is typically 2.5 mg to 20 mg divided into two to four doses.

Use following Dosage Plan: -
It's a 07 week cycle.
i) Test:
a- 200 mg/Week (1st 02 Weeks)
b- 300 mg/Week (3rd to 5th Week)
c- 350 mg/Week (Last 02 Weeks)s
ii) Anavar
a- 15 mg/day (1st 03 Weeks)
b- 20 mg/day (4th to 6th Week)

At 300mg Test E you’ve already got a solid base. If you add Anavar, most people just run it consistently every day, not just on training days as it works better with stable levels. Starting low for a few days to assess tolerance is sensible, then a moderate daily dose is usually where people sit.
The whole 4 weeks on & 4 weeks off approach is more bro-science than anything. People typically run it in a continuous block rather than cycling it on and off like that.
Since you’re staying on Test, you wouldn’t normally run a PCT just because you stop the Anavar. PCT only really comes into play when you’re coming off everything.
