For a standalone 10mg Anavar cycle, a typical dose is 10–20mg daily for 6–8 weeks, but running an oral-only cycle without a testosterone base can cause severe hormonal suppression and joint strain that may hinder your injury recovery, so using standard joint supplements, liver support, and a mild PCT (like Nolvadex) is essential if you cannot do injectables.
Thankyou for that, so forget about the pct that ive bought and just get some nolvadex. Use something like milk thistle for liver support? and is there any joint supplements you'd recommend?
I mean im not totally against injectables... I just feel abit like a pin cushion after everything ive had done. Im open to anything I just want to get back to where I was pre injury. What would be the most recommended? Im not looking to pack on massive amounts of size just want abit of a kick start.
As I said ideally oral but im open to recommendations.
Cheers.

If you decide to stick with an oral-only cycle, swapping to Nolvadex, using a premium liver aid like TUDCA or NAC (which are much more effective than milk thistle for oral steroids), and taking high-dose Omega-3s with Glucosamine/MSM is the standard protocol; however, if you are open to injectables, the most highly recommended, effective, and safer "kickstart" to regain your pre-injury shape without packing on massive size would be a low, therapeutic dose of Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate (around 150–200 mg per week split into micro-doses with tiny insulin pins to avoid feeling like a pin cushion), which preserves your joints and naturally restores your baseline physiology far better than any oral-only cycle ever could.

Topic starter OK, im just not sure if I feel like I would be competent in injecting myself without being taught how/where to do it and wouldn't know where to get the pins etc...
Would anadrol be a better oral to take as its nicer on the joints?
Thanks again

Anadrol is actually notoriously harsh on liver enzymes, blood pressure, and lipids, and while it causes rapid water retention that feels like joint lubrication, it is a highly potent compound with severe side effects that won't safely substitute for proper injection guidance or a structured base.
I've been thinking a lot about this and reading another thread on here where someone was asking advice on injectables. Would I need a draw pin to get the test out of the viles or just the pin that you get with the syringe? I've seen online where I can get insulin pins. There is a few different sizes... Does this matter? I feel like although im sick of injections if I am to do this it's worth doing right which is what you have suggested. Would I need any kind of PCT if I were just to do test on its own? I think down the line I will do the anavar cycle once I'm fully recovered from the injury, would it be best to do this with test together and would I still need the PCT you recommended originally for the oral only cycle?
Thanks again.
Simply use 1 ml Syringe with fixed Needle. It's hassle free and very convenient in use.

Swabs are additional thing, but it make the process more easy & secure.

Perfect, thank you.
Is there any specific test you'd recommend and do I need a PCT after I've used it?
Thanks
