Topic starter Hi all.
I'm using Test Cypionate for normal TRT (stable at 35Nmol for almost 2 years now), but the brand that works best for me (Pharmaqo C200) is out of stock.
So I'm wondering whether a switch to their SuperSus 400 might work for me, but I don't know anything at all about the other esters in it.
My current regime is .3ml of C200, twice a week. Plus .3ml HCG twice a week (5000iu in 2ml Bac), and .5mg anastrozole, also twice a week.
How would I convert the Cypionate for SuperSus 400 (is it a straightforward division by 2, so .15ml twice weekly)?
And could I switch to once week using that product?
And if so, should I continue the anastrozole and HCG 2x, or double the doses and switch to 1x a week for those as well.
Sorry to ask so many questions, but I tend to not make a move without researching first.
Thanks
Hi do you use the hcg from here? If so what bottles do you use to reconstitute? Cheers!
Thanks for the detailed question. Different products and ester mixes aren’t always directly interchangeable by simple volume — effects and blood levels can vary. Because of that, changes in product, frequency, and supportive meds like HCG or anastrozole are best planned based on recent labs and how you respond individually.

Dose conversion: For SuperSus 400, use 0.15ml twice weekly to match your current Test Cyp dose.
Once-a-week: You can switch to
HCG & Anastrozole: Keeptwice-weekly dosing for HCG and anastrozole unless advised otherwise.

Topic starter Thanks Daniel. That really helps.
One other question thast came up while I was reading last night - Should SuperSus be considered IM only?
I currently go SubQ, and don't really want to change to IM.
Thanks again.

SuperSus 400 is usuall IM due to its high concentration. SubQ is possible, but IM is more effective and comfortable for this product.
