Decent product, service was really good, weirdly got stuck with Royal Mail as `awaiting', I contacted UKSS and the item was delivered next day, think this may have been a warehouse issue as opposed to Royalmail, either way will re-order, the delivery & process fee is slightly excessive compared to some in fact I've never been charged a process fee but on the whole a very good experience. Thanks
