Hi all,
I had low testosterone so I decided to self-medicate starting in October 2024. I used 210mg test cypionate weekly.. Looking back I should've used a higher AI dose as I was pretty bloated and puffy on that dosage. I attach a picture of me dated August 2024 - the best I ever looked natural.
I started to get curious about adding other compounds and have done 3 or 4 small steroid cycles now. Currently blasting quite hard and using a lot of fat loss add-ons to get cut. See up-to-date pic attached also. I'm quite happy with things now so will be looking more to maintain than build a lot more mass (not clever at my age).

Transitioning from a 210mg cruise to multiple "hard blasts" with fat-loss additives is a heavy hormonal pivot, so regular blood work is now your best friend to ensure your kidneys and cardiovascular health aren't paying the price for that aesthetic maintenance.

Absolutely. I've been getting bloods done with One Day Tests, of which I'm a fan. But I did confess to the GP that I've been using steroids, and some recreational dr*gs too. They've now taken blood for a big work-up and they're going to give me an echocardiogram to check on my heart. They did an ECG first, which came back as normal.
I am on week 5/5 of a very aggressive recomping mission, picture in first post showing the aesthetic result. I've gone from I guess 15% BF down to maybe 11% at a guess. I'm booked in for DEXA scan on Friday to see the real numbers! I will update here.
This week: 200mg test, 90mg Equipoise, 110mg Masteron, 20mg Trenbolone, 175mg Proviron, 100mg Anavar and a little Winstrol... the Winstrol doesn't make me feel good so will stop using that now.
Also on 2.5mg retatrutide, 5-10mg SLU-PP-332 daily, 15mg yohimbine during fasted cardio, 600mg L-carnitine 1-2x weekly, 25mg T3, 10mg methylene blue, 7mg tadalafil and 250IU HCG daily.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else did this, it's aggressive and comes with side effects. But also very quick progress!!

I'm also injecting a few hundred mg's of NAD+ and L-Glutathione weekly for "antioxidant support". I've played with GH and GH peptides but I find these only move the dial a little bit and tend to interrupt sleep (there's a known mechanism for this). I'm using things like nattokinase, astragulus root extract, lots of magnesium, zinc, boron, B vitamins, C, K2, D3, taurine, glutamine, glycine, bone broth, collagen powder, electrolytes and potassium citrate to take care of vitamin and mineral needs as well as support the liver and kidneys a bit.
I take several saunas a week and use a full a body infra-red light mat and grounded bedding to help with sleep and recovery.
