Please help Michael my order was cancelled and I haven’t been refunded I don’t understand why

Hi I made an order on Monday and paid via crypto payment using debit card, I’ve had no confirmation to say order complete or on the way, I’ve only had an email to say complete your order but I’ve already paid (order number 36740514) can you confirm to me that you have received this order? Unusual for it to take this long for confirmation of order

Please help admin, my order was never recieved and customer support won’t refund me or send the product

My recent order #42874114 has not been delivered after over two weeks and trying to get it replaced or refunded has been impossible. Communication has been extremely disappointing and deceptive, being told I would “be refunded today” two days ago. I’m hoping this post reaches an admin who can help with a solution as I really need the product or refund since I am dead broke and cannot afford to get scammed and just reorder. The tracking ID still shows “awaiting drop-off” after all this time. I really need you to send a new parcel or refund please! Thank you

This was my first purchase from this supplier which was faultless from ordering to delivery, also the product is great & working well for me …all round would recommend to anyone who’s unsure about who to use.
