3 Pharmaqo items not delivered. Emailed and they said wait two day, so I did, at which point they said wait two days again. Very dodgy
Communication. Eventually they said they reshipped and provided a new tracking ID but once again it just says “sender has advised Royal Mail that they have dispatched the item” meaning it hasn’t even been handed to them yet. It’s not Royal Mail losing the package, it’s these guys not handing it over. I’ve never had problems in the past with other orders, I don’t know what is happening. Will change review if a solution is made.

Notice how the last one is the only one that says “accepted at parcel shop”? It’s the first update and it’s made when a company hands the parcel over. This gives me reason to believe it isn’t Royal Mails fault at all

We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand your frustration, but please rest assured your reshipment has already been processed and tracking updates can sometimes take extra time to appear once Royal Mail scans the parcel into their system.
