Hi, 54 old training/competing in Ultra cycling and running. Looking for a something to help repair a glute/hamstring niggle, plus general recovery from training. Strength work 2-3 times a week plus 5-6 bike/run sessions a week. So more endurance than bulking long term. thanks

Hi! For your glute/hamstring niggle and overall recovery, I’d suggest focusing on a combination of:
Active recovery: Foam rolling, stretching, and mobility work.
Strengthening: Target glutes and hamstrings with exercises like deadlifts, hip thrusts, and single-leg work.
Recovery aids: Consider using a foam roller, massage gun, or even light resistance bands for activation and recovery.

Hi Daniel, Yip doing all this already (minus any hamstring stretching as that irritates it more) but ii want to try and speed up recovery if possible. And then regain any losses in fitness due to the reduced training. Hence looking at what steroid may be usefull?

If you're looking to speed things up and regain lost fitness, SARMs or Anavar might be options, as they can help with muscle retention and recovery without putting too much strain on the joints. Anavar is often used for cutting and recovery due to its mild anabolic properties, while SARMs like Ostarine could help with strength without major side effects.

great thanks, Anavar was on my radar as a possibility. This will be my first trial of anything stronger than creatine 😉 I might try it for 6-8 weeks. Anything i need to do when stopping? See people mentioning PCTs

How about TB-500 https://uksteroidsshop.com/product/pharmaqo-tb-500/
And/or BPC-157 also available on here

Hi! Both TB-500 and BPC-157 are peptides known for promoting healing and recovery. TB-500 helps with tissue repair and inflammation, while BPC-157 is great for joint and tendon healing.

I tried TB-500 and BPC-157 but never noticed any difference in recovery, even before the injury. That said it was from a different supplier (sport asylum) and it was oral tablets. Hence moving to something a bit stronger and more tested?

If you didn’t notice a difference with TB-500 and BPC-157, it could be due to product quality or the oral form, which may not be as effective. Moving to injectable versions from a more reliable source could give better results, as they’re generally more bioavailable.
